Nathan Lockwood brings deep experience—and a healthy dose of professional sarcasm—to untangling real-world enterprise infrastructure as the Endpoint Engineering Lead at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwood University, making him as comfortable navigating human behavior and organizational complexity as he is diving into Intune, endpoint management, and automation.
Outside of work, Nathan stays active in both local and online technology communities while balancing a busy home life with his wife, two teenagers, and a collection of pets that generally operate on their own terms. When he’s not solving technical challenges, he runs marathons (mostly to prove he can outrun his problems) and volunteers his technology and leadership expertise to organizations working to combat human trafficking.
